Social Media Marketing Specialist

Main Duties

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase awareness of Augvator’s AR construction guidance platform.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Design and publish case studies, videos, and visual materials demonstrating the use of AR in construction.
  • Monitor digital engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform digital strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align campaigns with client acquisition and retention goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to expand visibility in Canadian and North American markets.
  • Prepare monthly reports on key marketing KPIs such as impressions, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in technology or B2B industries.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid campaign optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or construction technology markets is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
